Spend turns to earn cash, recruit workers, arm your gangsters, scout rivals, join syndicates, send messages, and climb the rankings before someone decides you look worth raiding. Every move has a cost. Push too hard and your exposure rises. Starve your workers and morale collapses. Leave too much cash sitting around and another player might help themselves to it. Play smart, stay dangerous, and know when to lie low.
